I just adore this family, aren't they precious? I photographed big sister as my first ever newborn three years ago and this new little bundle could be her twin! Seeing these two sisters and all the precious pink and bows and little dresses that adorn their house gives me baby girl fever, but alas I think the Clare genes only make boys. Take a peek at these two cuties in their oh-so-lovely styled home.
My newest offering is maternity sessions in my studio space and I am over the moon about how this one came out! I have several white gowns available, including the ones pictured below, in my studio collection of dresses, and paired with a big white window it is maternity glow heaven. See Chasity's park session on the blog last week, this was such a great combination of indoor and outdoor portraits to document little Oliver's last few weeks in the womb.
This beautiful mama traveled to me from Columbia, SC and I'm so glad she made the trip. She was absolutely stunning in a red gown from my studio collection during this fall photo shoot. She is now mother to the sweetest little Oliver, who resisted all of my moves to get him to sleep during his newborn session, but it came out great anyways! It will be on the blog soon, so keep an eye out.
She also glowed in that lovely way only pregnancy can bring in a black dress from my studio collection. This is one of my all time favorite maternity sessions and I hope if you're on the fence about a maternity session, that you'll reach out. I promise you won't regret it. My son recently pointed to a portrait of him and me while I was pregnant with his little brother and said to me "Aww look how much we loved Ellis before he was even born." And it melted me entirely, because yes, that is exactly the power of a maternity portrait.
